- Clean and maintain cleanliness of restrooms; includes floors, sinks, counters, bidet and fixtures.
- Clean and maintain all convenience centers.
- Clean glass surface periodically to keep them free of finger prints and dirt.
- Empty garbage containers in common area and restrooms ensuring general areas are free of litter.
- Return chairs and waste backsets to proper positions.
- Remove stains, clean toilets, urinal and sink as required.
- Mop all restrooms, corridors, other public areas with disinfectant, germicidal solution.
- Clean and sanitize floor beneath urinals to prevent urine stains.
- Wipe clean smudged bright work (Brass, Stainless, etc.)
- Spot clean all columns and tenant directory board.
